Theodora grew up in New York City. She has worked for Poppy’s in various roles since 2014 and has a keen desire to keep things organized and running smoothly. She works with the Poppy's Team during the day handling operations. At night she is the lead event chef, bringing to life Chef Sharone + Jamie's vision of Poppy's aesthetic.
She has worked with a range of food productions - farm, kitchen + grocery. These positions have shaped how she operates within the business of food.
