Born and raised in Florida, Sarah can’t decide which side of the country she wants to be on. Growing up in the restaurant industry, she obtained her culinary degree from the Florida Culinary Institute of West Palm Beach. Shortly after graduating, she moved to Boulder Colorado to jump start her catering career.

Sarah now makes her home here in Brooklyn New York.  Joining the Poppy’s team in 2017, she brings her passion for food and her love of traveling to the next level in our kitchen.
