Margaret grew up in Vermont and joined the Poppy’s team two years in 2016. She moved to New York eager to dive into the world of events.

Coming from a past focused on farming, from government funded trips in South America to Italy’s southern coastal farms, she was ready to focus her energy on promoting the best food NYC was capable of sharing.

From assisting the sales & production team, Margaret has moved into a manager role and has been an integral part of bringing to life some of Poppy’s largest events. Her energy and excitement for work everyday keeps everyone on their toes and hungry for the next endeavor!
