JAIMIE MACISAAC

Jaimie is a graduate of Queen’s University in southern Ontario, Canada, with a degree in English Literature. 

Upon moving to New York in 2012, Jaimie pivoted from an editorial career to professionally explore her lifelong passion for baking. Jaimie was part of the opening team at the first North American location of beloved Paris institution Rose Bakery, and headed the pastry department there before joining Poppy’s.

Jaimie strives to combine the nostalgic palate of a childhood sweet-tooth with modern, seasonal flavours.
